        ...more pics

Bare in mind these photos are from the latter part of 2012, I spent most of that year prepping for the swap (aka spending copious amounts of money). So going through these photos all over again brings back a lot of good memories!

So it was on the road at the end of January. After the swap I just drove the shit out of it, enjoying every second. Then around June/July I got it tuned, made 152kw and the difference in driveability was just insane. So much more midrange torque, and the top end went from 'wow' to 'fuk me' lol

Then sometime around September I stripped 2nd gear -_-

So out came the motor, and off went the transmission to Neat Gearboxes in Adelaide where Sam did an amazing job rebuilding the box for me, including his excellent shot peen & polish service

                    Crippled

All it was good for at the time lol

                    2nd Gear

                    Newwwwwwwww and shiny

                    Back together

                    Back in the car

And that brings you up to date with this car. Since the gearbox was rebuilt I've once again done nothing but drive the shit out of this car. Every time I hop in it, it puts the biggest smile on my face. It still excites me today, over a year and ~20,000km's later as it did the very very first time I drove it with the K24 in it. It's incredible.

Future plans for it include: driving it. Lol.

I have more things in the works atm. Keep tuned and thanks for reading!
