        update!

There were a few dramas before my first track day
It was pointed out to me that the tie rod ends were worn out, ended up getting top fuel inverted tie rod ends. They were easier to install than I expected!

Supplier got the part number wrong for my clutch but sorted it out for me asap and I got the right one the next day! knock sensor was also broken.
After a few other dramas is was time for the track!

For anyone who bought harnesses without eyelet bolts like I did, L brackets from Bunnings will do the trick!

        Track ready!

Very happy with how the car performed. The only thing holding it back was my own driving skills, which I am hoping to improve in future track days

Also the car was at 100mm, tucked away in a corner! Lol

Bonus picture! Trying on my mates wheels. The traditional 17x9+22 fitment for dc5 owners

Quite interesting harness bracket. Did you fab that up yourself? What is it made out of?

I would go and get yourself some eyelets if you are looking to do anything other than a Tampered Motorsport day

Thats what I was thinking. Eye bolts would be much better.

                    Thanks for the concern guys.

Norm They're just off the shelf parts from the hardware store. Galvanised steel L brackets with a hole in each side. Didn't cost me more than $6.

This was just a temporary and last minute fix as it was the day before tampered and was unable to source the right eyelet bolts in time.
