Interesting build. I'll be keeping my eye on it. Having driven both a Mk1 Elise, and a DC5R with a K24, I could only imagine what it would be like to combine both of them into one backage.

I was actually rather surprised with the Rover K-Series, as it was really torquey. I've heard that some people run into a few problems with the K24 sitting higher then the K20, so I'll be interested to see how you deal with that and the "bonnet".

Just subscribed to your thread, the Lotus is an awesome car so it would be interesting to see where it goes with a K20/K24! Hopefully one day I will see it on the streets here in WA when it's done
