But my tb isn't outputting any signal. That's the first thing I need to address. The o2 sensors are outputting voltages between 0.6 and 0.8V.

I'll replace the dead throttle body first. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's going to solve my idling, running rich issues.

        My to-do list:

        - Flush out old coolant
        - New throttle body + tb gasket
        - TE37s, grids or Drift teks
        - Wheel alignment
        - Exhaust gasket
        - Oil filter change
        - Double din head unit
        - JDM cluster
        - Radiator support bracket repair
        - Ghetto gear knob re-polish
        - Boot aesthetic vent repair
        - Compression test

        Moar pics up soon

Those look so good Viet. Same style as the teks. But that's far outside if my price range as I need new tyres too.

Buy te37 man. Buying genuine wheels gives u instnt e points/rep. Most importntly when u sell the wheels they will hve great resale value

Link expired on the first one Alex. The second one seems to have too low of a positive offset. Going to get some massive poke (Not my thing). That's dirt cheap though. How do you browse through yahoo auctions without being fluent in Japanese? That's the only reason I don't go on there D:

I was eyeing a set of four teks in the Adelaide region, with tyres:

                            http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/morph...ps-/1012053457

I'm cool with light damage. Doesn't have to be new :P

Can you price match me? and beat it by 10% like SGIC? hahahah.

Also, just sent you a text message mate. I just remembered I needed the code for the double din and forgot to ask you.

                              Update 09/02/13

Tyres were getting close to being defect-worthy. Changed them for a set of Bob Jane Xenons. No idea if they're great. I'm a tyre and wheel noob. Worked out to about $130 per tyre. Is that good? Anyone recommend good tyres for me to be using? Stock rims mean I use 205/55R16

Anyway, thanks to eLtrix for getting me the OEM type S head unit so quickly. Turns out they essentially used the same plug except, my loom didn't have a wire for the antenna amplifier (Not really needed I guess).

                              Before the re-wiring:

There was a relay and two fuses which went no where. What a dodge job. Wires were either crimped and taped or soldered and taped (WITH LAYERS AND LAYERS OF TAPE. WHO DOES THAT).

A workshop manual was really handy. They have like everything you could possibly need for the car. Pulled the plug wiring and checked against cut plug which Viet supplied. They pretty much matched except that one wire to the antenna amp. Went ahead and soldered + heatshrunk everything (Okay, I didn't do it. Dad did. He thought it was too high-profile a job to let me do it).

Didn't have any correctly lengthed screws for the unit to the dash mount so I cut a series of M5x15 mm to make them M5x6 mm. Ghetto.

Everything fit in like a dream.

Oh and also. I needed to get the tyres changed since I had a booking at noon. Couldn't plug everything back in so I just left my dash with a fat hole in it. On the way there, realized my indicators wouldn't signal because I didn't plug in the hazard light. WHAT THE EGG. So, I just looked like a toss who didn't indicate and represented the asian driver stereotype. Lucky I was 5 minutes from home.

That was a nice read, I miss the days I had a build thread. Or a car worth having a thread for :P maybe again soon.
