*little update*
got my car back rear bumper is now fixed, and got a new exhaust! old exhaust will be up for sale...
decided to paint the black strip on the 05 bumper the same as the body colour, it is starting to grow on me, can't wait to put the diffuser on soon!

*update, so just realised today the car can fit four rims and four tyres separately pretty stocked ...
so took my rims and tyres to Pro Works Automotive and spoke to Richard, nice bloke. Highly recommend this place to anyone who want to fit tyres on their hard earned rims without worrying about damaging them. Richard took extra care and have rubber clamps etc to prevent any damage. I was quite anal about it but turned out great, not a single scratch.
