Been an intense year soo far and this is probably going to be the last update to this thread till the new year.
Been researching on the interwebzzz for some handling mods to go with the coilovers and after some research i had made up my mind that i was after a rear sway bar and luckily enough a fellow clubitr member had one for sale at a decent price.
So i PM'ed him and purchased his whiteline 24mm 2 way adjustable rear sway bar. Got this weekend that was free so i installed it with the help of a friend...
So here is a photo of the difference of the stock one compared to the aftermarket whiteline 24mm:
Annddddddd this is how it sits with my lower tie bar
Also, today at the JDM yard 10yr anniversary meet saw me purchasing these at an AWESOME price hahah
YES!! Hardrace engine mounts, seen some good reviews about these so i was lucky enough to get them at a great price
Next up is definitely a new clutch followed by some headers
How does the car handle now with the addition of the rear sway bar?
Hahah, think you may have a toe fetish shak!
But back on topic, it takes corners much better than before but i do feel as if the back wants to kick out, thus i may need to play with my coilover damper settings. Note, i am running the rear sway bar on the stiffer setting.
