    Swedish Integra DC2R - Special K

    Hi!

So this is the story about my carlife!
    Let's start at the beging

It all started 2009 when i swapped my 400whp S14a that looked like this!

    For this:

A friend of my had done the K20swap a year before but he had sold it before i could hands on it, so when i came back on the market i knew it was a sign.

The first thing i did was to track it! Datsun, go fudge yourself!

Ever since i got my hands on the car, it sufferd som electrical problems, it took me two years to sort it, but in the meantime i could update the car to my liking, under those two years the car would work flawless for about a month a year before we sorted it all! I could not have done it if it wasn't for my friends!

The first thing on the "to-do-list" was throwing out the '91 Accord shifter for a HR one with new wires.

    So from this:

    To this:

Bought some Function7 LCA during the winter and a gurneyflap

bought a replica optionalkit since you can't source those parts anywhere..
this was the winter of '10

and last some smoked ambercorners for the EUDM front

And my favorite steeringwheel on a NRG shorthub with snapoff

Spring came and i was back on track..

But the car died on me again so we ripped everything apart to sort my harnesses!

In the meantime i got a package...

So started that project just to keep my motivation

    Almost done:

Done! (dont worry, i threw the blue LEDs..)

Now it was time to sort the brakes

And 300mm ATR rotors with Project mu CR pads

Swapped my chainguide for a USDM Si one

Passed your MOT with flying colors

Now it was time to use it!
Me and some friends were just out driving backroads and having fun

Needed a update on the keychain

Then fall and winter came again... this i still 2011
It went back to sleep with his younger brother a USDM RSX type S

            Thanks for the replies!

During the winter of 2012 when i actually got the car to work everyday i started collecting more parts.. it started with

            A spoon kevlar plugcover

            Can't go wrong with spoon

Got a package to the office

            It's a bolted Wiechers halfcage

            Some goodies from password JDM
first the CF intake for your passengerside/my driveside

            and a cooling plate

Sourced a USDM/JDM 98spec rear bumper without the foglight and for a smaller licenseplate! (the only one i Sweden, if blitzwing hasen't got his yet.. )
            Test fitted

Started to clean the enginebay and decided it needed som color as well

All the washers is blue with black bolts
            For the battery

and loads of these in black/blue
            http://www.tegiwaimports.com/images/...lt-kit-572.jpg
            and for the radiator

            It now looks like this:

Painted my cage in the garage in your "coffeeroom"

            Fitted and painted

Got a new shiftknob as well

Spring of 2012 and so on!
At your mot to get the cage on paper for the car, oh, it passed with flying colors as always

            Stretching it's legs

            Now for the fun!
Tracking it, this is at Mantorp Park with Honda Performance Club

The car was going a bit rich so we decided to retune it

Ended up with 210whp @ 8800 rpm, i was happy with that. Might go with new cams this year, but i havent decided yet!
              Anyway, benchpaper!

Now, first time i went to a AutoX on my streettires... not the best choice, but it was fun!
              http://youtu.be/HGBMYbApQXM

Bought som 16" for having on the track (Rota R-spec) 16x7 ET45 with 15mm spacers to clear my brakes

My TCT was the next part on the car to change so a Hybrid racing was fitted:

              When changing it!

              Old busted one

              New shiny one fitted:

A friend wanted to try his new camera so we did!

Went to a "end-of-the-year" autoX, Loads of fun, crappy ass tires again... since my RSR didn't show up... damn you swedish postal service! They haven't arrived yet. So they are probably stolen... So i'm waiting on a new set

first, bought som 3M CF vinyl for my roof, i'm hoping it will look good and not like a stupid ricecar...

Second, since the DC5R i sold i AU, can you tell me if they have i-vtec LSD stickers on the rear window, like the DC2 has VTEC LSD!
