Things have been very quite lately. Got a few things coming, plus the car needs to be sprayed. Should be getting done in January.
Looking at buying a daily so i can put more time and effort into this car and go bigger and better.
Plans for next year:
After alot of controversy over the years i will be remaining K20A3 until it blows.
why? same reason as always, pushing it to see how far i can get.
After doing a 1:17.5 lap at Wakefield on used semis, i have planned to better that next year. Im not planning on going over the top and its not like im aiming for 1.04 laptimes. Trying to be realistic with mods.
This will included upgraded headers, hi-flow cat, cams, cam gears, hi comp valves, hi comp head, K20A sump, gearbox upgrade (most likely 6 speed with LSD and final drive) and a few other things along the way.
Thanks for all the support this year guys.
lol why are you keeping the a3.
i don't see your 'i wanna see how far i can push it' logic. whats the point? why try and polish a turd?

LOL that post was a joke btw..
People believe everything they read these days.
My future plans no longer involve the A3.
and this so called 'turd' was doing lap times up there with a number of Type S guys.
I think it polish up quite well.

Oh so you're going k24 or something?
good to hear, just imagine the times you'd do with some power.
yeah looking into a few options atm. Trying to budget and make a parts list...
I will be honest and say early last year i hadn't thought about getting this far into it. But i guess somethings just fall into place.
Competed in my first Hill Climb event today.
46 competitors and i placed 13th. Pretty happy with the event.
My best time was a 36.04 on street tyres. Front camber bolts made the car feel alot better in the corners but without an LSD, when the car would get lighter over the hill i was struggling to get the power down.
Met some good guys during the day, two guys with AE86's. both boosted and semis. they were doing 34.19s. Then theres the older guys in their clubmans and kitcars. very fast and very light.
Video will be up soon (vimeo has an error in upload so maybe tomorrow night)
