Ha, I only ever put 15 liters in.

But I don't know if people in other states than SA have United petrol stations.

ON PUMP ETHANOL MIX FUEL!!! 10% ethanol in premium.... WOW!! It makes your engine SCREAM!!! I only ever get that fuel now, and the crazy thing is that its 5 cents cheaper per/L than normal premium because its from sugar cane!!! crazy fuel that gives much more zing than BP Ultimate and gets you much further.

People in SA, go to the Airport or go down Prospect Road in Kilburn and you'll be so happy, you'll be sending me X-Mas cards!

using BP ulitmaite i get 520km - 560km per tank thats about 13.5-14 KM's per Liter

mind you my driving is pretty much at 110kmph on a highway for a 32km to work and back, driving to work i usually don't hit Vtec unless i have to

i get worse millage if i go for a weekend fang though Vtec loves the juice

maybe you have a low temp thermostat?

320km is piss poor, a full tank of Vortex 98 gives me > 450 kms of normal city driving.

Mind explaning how a low temp thermo can affect fuel consumption?

Modern EFI cars are tuned from the factory at a specific temperature. If you car has the wrong heat range thermostat (or none at all) it will have negative affects on your fuel consumption.

my DC2R just a normal B18C7 stock as a rock.. lol

something that did increase my fuel econ and power was running a System cleaner , I though it would be a good idea due to my dc2R was own by a middle aged female .. who probably had no idea what Vtec was so its been grannyed around most of it's young life. So they tell me her husband brought it for her, he was the manger or a Honda dealership i think

i also reset my ECU, gave it iridium's spark plugs and replaced my air filter

here are some things the affect fuel econ (only to do with the engine)*
                      ~intake @ exhaust ~

                      >air filter condition (you should be able to see light coming though it if you hold it up to the sun (also depends on filter)

                      >where your sucking air from hot air decrease power and fuel econ i know people like to put pod filters on Honda's because they sound wicked but it has draw backs as well, i guess thats why the Mugen intake's sucks from a similar place as the stock Honda setup for cooler air

                      >clogged cat i think this is pretty rare but if your motor has ran excessively rich or brunt oil for a longtime it might be the case

                      >faulty airflow senor, O2 sensor, temp sensor or resistance in connections giving false reading to the ECU

                      ~engine internals~

                      >spark plug condition or out put of ignition system also ignition timing

                      >operating temperature as mention by previous post

                      >compression ether poor sealing valves or worn bore ect

                      >stretched timing belt (i don't know if this is true but the boss at where i work seems to think it is, I though it would just brake ?)

                      ~fuel system~

                      >leaking injectors

                      ~non engine things~
                      >dragging brakes or park brake
                      >incorrect tyre pressure
                      >incorrect toe in or toe out
                      >transaxle drag from some unknown internal problem
                      >lol driving habits

i got just over 700kms ONCE going to canberra and back a while ago.. put in 45L after that

i fill up every tuesday now and getting about 450km/40L or so with vortex98 or ultimate. a lot better than the 380kms/tank or so that I used to get for the first year or so that I had the car. i really hate optimax/v power though. it makes my car feel really sluggy for some reason although the 100 octane one is alright

B.ITR.00 has made a very good list,

EDIT: Page also answered the question too

and some of those listed will cause a Check Engine Light (CEL)

but here is more details on the temperature impact of fuel economy (which wont trip a CEL):

on a stock ECU, it is programed to run richer when engine is not at normal operating temperature (e.g. not over ~90'C).

a low temp thermo lowers engine temp to around 81'C,

unless your car is tuned via aftermarket ECU to take account of the newer operating temperature - the stock ECU thinks the engine is cold, so it 'protects' it by adding more fuel...

it can also happen if the OEM thermostat is stuck open...

I think Shell is the best...cause everytime I pump shell, I seem to win.
Eastern Creek was one and recently Oran Park...LOL

                            Hmmm, definately shell
