Vortex 98 here too, usually average about 430km or 450+km if I do a bit of highway driving. Atm it smells a little rich too so I think I should be able to get a little more mileage with a tune.

oh and i have run Ultimate since i got the car, 25000km ago.
You should run lean with gruppem and it means more fuel consumption?

well that's odd but maybe u got more POWA!!

yah thats rigth, but doesnt the ECU put more fuel in to compensate(as far as a stock ECU can), which will lead to worse consuption.

i might be very wrong on that but thats my theory.

over time it will compensate, but if you reset the ECU regualry, it wont compensate so much...

more air = more fuel with the stock ECU?

as per my current experiences with a tuuboo car

more air = more fuel = over-fueling = running rich = bad smells = bad fuel consumption = please get a tune ^^

when my car was stock, i get about 400km full tank, then from intake and so on i now get about 450km... one thing i'm confused about is one time i tried not hitting vtec at all on one tank and my consumption dropped... if i give it every now and then, i'm sweet

I go to one of those 7/11 servos.

"Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horse power is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you."
