Yes Turn 3 counting the kink, perhaps someone with a better view will chime in.

Another car was driving down the straight when it's oil filter came loose, spilling oil all over the track (as he didn't stop until he reached the hill).

To add insult to injury, that filter had richoched between the bottom of his car and the track before hurtling over the guard rails towards unsuspecting spectators.

I'm glad no one was hurt.
