hey....
i just noticed a difference in Gruppe-M intake kits. there seems to have been different "batches". I'm just speculating but I think:
1. older Gruppe-M kits had a (looks to be heatshield) plate under the snorkel, holding the AFM, and the cowel seems to be more curvy and brought closer to the fender
2. newer kits dont have this plate, have that rubber lining around the cowel piece and the cowel edges are significantly shorter.
its either that, or I'm seeing lots of pics taken by lazy guys who cbf'd fitting the plate in.
sorry lads, just bringing this up cos I had always wondered why mine was so bloody hard to fit and why it was so close to the fender..
**edit: you cant see it in the pic on the left, but the cowel piece follows the fender about an inch or so downwards whereas the "newer" one on the right is stopped shortLast edited by slo.evo; 14-06-08, 03:56 AM.[ Team Misplaced CT9A Owner #006 ]

otherwise he'd be there..
any of you lads know a black evo 7 around the cabra area?
have spotted it quite frequently these past few days and about 2 nights ago, fanged it down my street and onto the hwy like it was just stolen.
screamer pipe by the sound of things, and he's got some little led lights on the front grille which distinguishes the car a lil.
the crossover sounds like some steroid-amped vtec dammit i wish I could go to the cruise![ Team Misplaced CT9A Owner #006 ]
