find a way to reduce the cost of motorsport, and you will get more kids off the streets...
but wait - you go to the race track and there is a BIG sign stating:
"MOTORSPORT IS DANGEROUS - ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK"
this means the costs are massive, to try to protect driver safety, to provide 3rd party insurance, and attempt to maintain the circuit in the best possible condition to ensure the greatest level of safety for all participants...
cars are scrutineered prior to entry to the circuit/track, and an extensive drivers briefing is made prior to anyone being allowed onto the circuit/track...
to reduce such costs is virtually impossible…
it is a very difficult situation to amend…
and even if costs to race legitimately are reduced, there are still those who think it si a thrill to evade police, and subvert the authorities…
