      i vtec at least a few times per drive

      it is even stated in your Honda owners manual that your engine is to rev from 5000-8000 rpm regularly!! so if anything you are harming ur honda by not revving it out!

            VTEC lots ... every day!

            VTEC in 5th gear with stock VTEC changeover point!!

            VTEC in reverse? Yes! Tried that.... it's pretty interesting.... Make sure you're in a very open space because it's somewhat difficult to control...

                            VTEC in reverse is pretty funny because the gearbox makes so much noise in reverse.... It gets so high pitched...

                                it is because reverese is a straight cut gear, just like used in 'dog boxes' for race cars...
