The guy only owned it for about 10hours Now if he doesnt have insurance he has to pay for the car 20k, telegraph pole, bus stop, brick wall and powerlines.....most expensive S2000 in history lol!

I can tell you it cost roughly around 16k for a intersection green, yellow and red traffic light. I'm glad he was ok. Looking at the car, the outcome was indeed a blessing on his health. But like tinker said, I don't think anyone deserves such tragic event. We don't even know the full story as to whether it may be a mechanical failure that has caused the accident, and we all know that the media always portrays things in a different light to the truth sometimes.
Couldn't agree more on the media front norm, I know a kid in my town here that smashed himself up car surfing in the middle of all the 'planking' bullshit, the Sydney papers came, interviewed him, and wrote a totally made up full of shit story that he was planking, complete fabrication, he's family complained and wrote letters to the editor but nothing ever got printed, don't believe what you read,
