Can provide more pics of the CR KAIs if you want
I would recommend getting the right fitment first time around rather than spacers

Rims with better fitment will be easier to find, and easier to sell when you want to change.

CAI = SRI (short ram intakes) are useless on DC5s, CAI would prove to have a much bigger gain...look into injen, or GruppeM
Intake manifold = not actually sure if TODA even make one, but either way the OEM RBC IM has seemed to have proven to be the best. Do a search
Larger throttle body = you will see very minimal gains on a larger throttle body without the engine work that you've listed further below. Even more minimal without an aftermarket ECU and tunning
Extractors = TODA, for a 'no expense spared' build
Coilovers = I've got Tein Flex (discontinued, now monoflex) and I'm very happy with what they've done for handling and range of height settings. Mine is a street car.
