    New Acquired DC5R Owner

    Hi guys,

Been a honda enthusiast for many many years now, ive owned an ek1 with b18c2 conversion,ek4 b16a,eg b20 & now my latest car is a ABP DC5R loving the shape.

Recently purchased from melb... flew all the way down to melb to purchase it then drove it back to syd. It was a mission as i drove it solo as the missus is on her L's.
Anyhow i hope i can learn a lot from you guys and hope to see some of use around soon!

P.s if you see a blue dc5r with stickers on quarter windows and melb plates. Thats probably me ! So give me a beep beep

Welcome mate, loving the tape job you did, don't forget the mirrors next time, they are well prone to stone chips on the open road.
Think we gunna have to start a roll call for the arctic blue crew

    ABP FTW!!!!!

Big plans for my dc5 currently looking for a genuine mugen front bar and a mugen wing will be doing a facelift conver for the rear but keep the front prefacelift.

Anyone else purchasing interstate cars or even within the state, but requiring a lengthy drive, consider contacting these guys:

                          www.trailertransport.webs.com

They use a custom lowering trailer that eliminates any loading damage and can get cars on there with only 30mm clearance. Great for Time Attack cars and the like.

They also tow all sorts of trailers for you, like if you have your race car on a trailer but can not be bothered towing it to meet. You can fly there and have them deliver and return the car home. Stress free!

                            Welcome !

Be awesome if you get a genuine mugen front bar but just be prepared to spend a lot (at least 1.5k, more with paint) and that if you use your car as daily it will take quite a lot of abuse from the road..Even on stock height underneath will get scraped pretty hard by driveways and bumps. I hate to say this but replica is the way to go for front bar at 1/5th the price unless you're done with all other mods and still have the extra money. If this dosn't scare you off and you still decide to get a genuine bar then to you. Spoiler does not have this problem so go for it man !
