Welcome mate, putting a set of ku31's on my stock s2k wheels today, they seem like good value for money

Ku31 are good all round tires for street use. Cheap, good dry and wet performance. And quite long lasting with UTQG rating of 320

Thanks guys, I am in Melbourne.

I will most likely be getting the KU31s then for my RPF1s. They are 17/8+35 and my friend said 225/45 might not look good them, should go 235 or something, any thoughts ?

I am also going to put mugen style front bumper bar on as my stock ones are scratched pretty bad at the front. I did not want to do exterior mods before engine mods but a good deal just came up for a cheap near new bumper and my ones need replacement. I wish to complete the look with the bonnet but I can only find carbon fibre ones for sale, should I get them and paint or will there be too much trouble painting over CF.

225/45 will be perfect for 17x8. A couple guys here are running 225/45 on 17x9 so dont sweat it

Shak I just picked up the Mugen style ones in CW for 300 with only underneath scratches thanks anyway.

Any thoughts on painting CF bonnet ?

Also looking for 2nd hand Gruppe M.

will: yeah new front bar installing next few days. It is stock at the moment with Exedy HD clutch and lightened flywheels I beleive. Over the long term I plan to have big budget for this one, since I will be stuck on Ps for 3 years. Gruppe M will probably go in first then Mugen or Hasport mounts. Then exhaust Spoon or Futjisubo. Tein coilovers and Spoon brakes and Hondata are planned but will most likely be quite far down the track.

jdm.itr: Yes that's the one, from a forum member. Sunroof is great for daily drive. We are both L's on CW DC5RS ! Hope to see ya JDM version someday.
