    Love you Tinks.

Member how I was telling you that my brakes were fucked. I changed pads yesterday, and they crumbled and were all white. Project Mu are crap. It's so nice to go back to my Endless street pads.
Try some ds2500. Good for street and track.

make sure you bed your next set of pads in properly... bedding pads is the ONLY time that seeing smoke emitted from a car is GOOD.

and run flat rotors...uneven rotors will cause heat spots and degrade pads heaps quick...

        Yeah man.

I have never had any problems with my 2 sets of Endless CC-X, SS-M and SSS, or my Winmax pads.
Yet, this has happened to both the 500 max and 700 max Project Mu pads... All have been on Project Mu rotors. Thought they would be a match made in heaven. Guess not.

How are the endless pads on the rotors? Are they harsh?

Actually the CC-X's are good on the rotors too. Where as the Project Mu 700's just munched them.

my cousin uses cc-x on his evoIX stock rotors, he just told me last night his rotors have seen its its last days - while he's got plenty of meat left on the cc-x?

They might eat stock rotors, as they are quite soft. They are fine on the PMU SCR Pro's though.

cool-down laps and off track cool-down FTMFWWW...

my rotors are still fine after 3 years and over 380 laps, 1 supersprint championship and many abusive wollombi runs... using 1 set of OEMs, 1 set of Endless NA pads (fully worn out) and Ferodo DS2500 (abt 50% gone).

i bought a new set of rotors from the kavehman group buy, i hope to fit them once mine are finally in need of replacing...

Nah Dave im going to try out the Dixcel rotors.

$480 - ill write a review when i get them.

Ricky is also looking at a set.

Yeh a few guys were doing laps around the pits as a cool down. Mine arn't 'buckled' as such, but had them machined and there is nothing left of them.

my rotors were warped from EC as well - but i think it was more to do with the weather with on and off showers rather than me failing to do a cool down lap...

Elwood - did you drive in the rain at all at Wakey?

Would anyone be keen on a Dixcel group buy. We do tend to get them at a much better price than other suppliers. Dixcel is essentially AP racing now (Just alot cheaper), as they just bought them out.
