I don't know what you are worried about, it is only 2 more cars on track at the one time than usual. I have run other days with 20 cars on track at a time all without incident. You must remember I am a professional in this sport and know what I am doing.

with the extra numbers of cars that are signed up for this.. should we be expecting a small refund for us ppl who signed up for $150 for 60 cars?
or does the extra money just get absorbed in to ur pocket? im just a little confused coz i signed up with a impression that 60 would be it..

i would if the bakery said they sell me 60 pies using 60kg of dough..
but ended up selling 100 pies with that same 60kg of dough =P..

so i got less dough in my 60 pies....

you need to be very careful when you advertise to not create false impressions regarding an event - it is illegal to do so.

by stating clearly that:

At this stage the day will be limited to 60 places, with 5 groups of 12 cars and entries are accepted in order of receipt.

you are now liable to refund any person who asks for it.

Yes it does. Tampered Motorsport is a registered business, it costs us money to run these days. We pay staff to turn up at 6am to check your cars. We put on days many times in the past at the request of our customers and lost bucket loads of money, but I never complained, so I think so should not as well.

Nobody will even notice the extra cars.
