Yes it does. Tampered Motorsport is a registered business, it costs us money to run these days. We pay staff to turn up at 6am to check your cars.

registered businesses still need to be in compliance with Fair Trading laws, regardless of how early they have to get up in the morning...

Nobody will even notice the extra cars.

Sorry, I think there is a major mis-communication here. There was a mistake made and I accidently sent the list out with unconfirmed people on the list which meant that there was 86 people on the original list. This has been rectified and there is now 72 people on the list. I sent an email out to all the particpants some time ago stating this. There were two complaints about the extra numbers. And to be honest a lot of the extra numbers I let in were to accomodate people from this forum.

Ok, point taken. Sorry for my actions!

At the end of the day I started to run the events as a fun thing to do for me, and to get my car on the track and muck around with people like the people on this forum. And I have had fun doing this. I have hardly driven my car this year because I spend a lot of time putting these events together and on the day I spend all of it working to ensure the days run smoothly. I am sure if you asked anyone from the forum they would agree, the Tampered Motorsport days are professionally run.

I appreciate being able to post up events here, and I am happy to provide a service to the members of this forum and others. I can promise that this sort of mis-communication won't happen again.

i dont want to start a flame war but i dont think accommodating for extra numbers on this forum is a good enuff excuse to add in extra numbers. sure, ppl from here will appreciate u squeezing more of our fellow members in, but to add in 12 extra cars (an entire extra group) is just a bit excessive?

this sort of 'mis-communication' would not have happened in the first place if the 60 car limit was stuck to..
are ppl entitled to a full refund because of this adam?

Too hot. Eddy was too fast. I now question the timing method coz all my times are faster and 5Hz GPS timer showing slower laps??? It used to be the same when we have transponders??

Adam's trigger finger lol. I would have thought there is something underneath to detect a car passing through and he merely enter a number. hmmmm. Maybe it is really handtimed.
