    Im assuming its over night on a weekend.
    weekends left till christmas. (its not that far away)

    which is good for most ppl? may not fit everyone.
    (does not include this comming weekend and the weekend before xmas monday)

    Nov 18-19
    Nov 25-26
    Dec 2-3
    Dec 9-10
    Dec 16-17

      taking out the 9th as that is the xmas bbq

      so dates to choose from

      Nov 18-19
      Nov 25-26
      Dec 2-3
      Dec 16-17

        December 2-3 is the speed weekend at Bathurst.

        To give everyone enough time to organise themselves I vote the event be run on the weekend of the 16th and 17th of December.

        The 16th and 17th of December are not school holidays as far as I can see.

          Freakygeek and I are working on a route however we require an indication of those able to attend on the 16th and 17th of December in order to finalise the date and start planning accomodation and meals.

          If you are able to attend on the 16th and 17th of December, please reply with your forum name, your car and the amount of passengers you would like to bring in the following format.

          1 - JCE - DC2 ITR - Self.
          2 - Freakygeek - DC2 ITR - Self.

            I need to know if this is going to go ahead I to take out a personal loan for fuel or to put some fuel on lay-buy LOL

                  LOL fuel prices are at their best here. I paid 1.15 today an about 6months ago it was like 1.39

                        Im really sceptical about moving these things, because the people who make suggests seldom even turn up anyway.

                        I hate to be an *^&$^*&#, but I think the regulars should have more of a say in what goes on.

                        You have only to look at the attrition from sign-up to turn-out to see the reason for my frustration.
