You will of coarse need to submit your form as you will also need to pay. This roll call is really to let other people on this forum about whos going.

you can download the form from HSCCV web page....and fax if back then do EFT....then you are done...the next thing is if you dun have either AASA or CAMS..you need to get that too...AASA is available on the day and CAMS you need to get that done b4 hand....
