Does anyone have picnic chairs they can bring along? really dont wanna stand for that long...ill bring some drinks..(dont think alcohol is allowed though)

I will be trying to bring one or two chairs, and a few drinks, though not sure what food to bring (will get hungry for sure :P )

I am driving all the way down from Newcastle, 2 hr drive... Do I have to be at the pre-meet at 9.30? or can you guys wait till 10 for me? :P
