I thought it was optional as it's not a CAMS day...

I myself had an awesome day for my first time. Got to meet some fellow members and had heaps of fun out on the track! Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and there weren't too many hiccups which was good. Thanks for your advice about my ABS system to ChargeR, still need to get it looked at though unfortunately!

Being in the beginner's group, wasn't ideal especially when slower cars refused to let you pass. Also had an incident where someone tried to overtake me during a turn which nearly resulted in an accident.. not overly impressed tbh.

Good to see most people had a good day and smashed some PB's. I however didn't have a very good day. A mitsubishi starion or something of the like blew and supposedly dropped some oil, and i happened to be behind him. spun off over a ripple and realigned my front bar a tad. Wasn't happy with the car all day, just felt too tail happy, and my confidence into and in corners dropped dramatically. spun 4 times during the day. was hoping to crack into the 47's, but could only manage a 1:48.5

i think my chassis might be too stiff for the king springs i'm running... i received a sms saying my coilovers were ready for pick up ON THE DRIVE UP TO WINTON.. so i picked em up on the way home.. lol. we'll see how the coilovers do the next track day..
