I can organise a bit of food, maybe a bit simpler than last time with just some drinks and a few snags/burgers? All for a gold coin donation or something.

well for the west and north siders the pre meet will be at Campellfield Kmart (24hrs)
1434 Sydney Rd Campbellfield 3061 coz everyone is familiar with that place!!!!

How many barbecues are there at this park? Is there shelter if the weather goes a bit pear shaped? I can go for a drive past there and test the speed humps with my Micra if the lowered cars are really worried, a few more grazes on the rails won't bother it.

Tom in pretty sure there is one BBQ per area and it isn't awfully big. There IS shelter however so should be ok for cover. There might be 2 bbqs per area but I forget

Anyone from Glen want to organise the pre-meet there? I can organise it but I won't be able to attend since I only live 5 - 10 minutes away from the park! I think there are a couple of BBQ areas, but it varies from electric to gas to make your own fire. I guess since it's quite early if you find a good spot Tom I can head down to the meet earlier and occupy the area. David can join me since he lives in the area too.
