I don't think this was meant to be the next pho meet because trying a get a whole bunch of cars and people to a restaurant in Richmond in a weekend will be quite difficult. Weekdays are probably better for those because everything is quieter.

Probably keeping it to a car / photo meet rather than parking and going to a restaurant. Those who want to go to eat can do so after but since we'll be meeting around say 1-2 that's not really an eating time anyway.
