I am delighted to announce that the Official Annual ClubITR BBQ 2011 will once again be held at the beautiful Lane Cove National Park. This year our aim is to raise awareness and support towards CarsForHope with the helping hand of many great vendors to make this possible.
This is an event for ClubITR and JSCC members only!
Date: 27th of November
Location: Site 33, Max Allen Drive, Lane Cove National Park (Off Lady Game Drive, map below)
Time: 10am on wards
Parking: $7.00
Bring: Money, Sunscreen, Portable Chair, Sporty Clothes if you want to play football (aka soccer), .....
Joe Papandrea Quality Meats will be our official meat supplier!! We are excited and grateful for having Joe and his family on board, especially Michael, in supporting our annual event.
This year all profits from the NSW ClubITR annual BBQ will be donated to Cars For Hope.

'Cars For Hope is a non-profit movement based around a group of passionate car enthusiasts dedicated to driving hope towards everyone; to inform, incite and inspire.
At automotive based events and through our website we aim to raise community awareness about depression and reducing the stigma associated with the illness. It is evident that everybody cares. They care about their community, their environment, their family and their friends. By creating Cars For Hope, we will also contribute to those families and friends; and with everyone’s help we will all create a better world for the
future.
Now time for prizes, without our great sponsors, this part of the BBQ wont be possible. This year they're assisting us in raising more funds towards CarsForHope. To make it fair for everyone, we will be raffling away prizes this year!

For the major prize, Circuit Club will be giving away to one lucky winner a free track day to any Circuit Club Track event in 2012.
