i have only good things to say about Zeal coilovers. I got mine throught centrax auto.they are able to service, revalve etc.
mine were the base-model Function Xs, revalved in factory in japan to suit 12kg/mm front and 8kg/mm rear springs (10/6 as standard). i found them to be a great compromse for winding road and circuit work, running RE55s. they weren't too firm at all, and id hazard a guess that mallala circuit is definitely bumpier than most japanese tracks.if you were to be tracking more than a few times a year i would even suggest going a little firmer (personal preference plays a part-something like zeal superfunctions). definitely need something with spring compression independant of ride height ..and i used Vision adjustable camber arms (f&r)to help set the car up nicely.
...
other than that, my current car has bilstein coilovers and hyperco springs. feels great on winding roads but i can't say anything about track suitability as i havn't tracked this one yet
