kinda OT but still on the subject of clutches; can anybody NOT heel-toe like me or am i the only one without talent O.o
plus does it really make that much of a difference in increasing clutch life?
if the pedal assembally is anything like my Ibiza i had (which being a Euro i am guessing it is) heel and toe is impossible unless you can put your ankle to a 90' angle
I had mine changed between 65K - 72K, I felt it still has some life not really slipping often but my clutch bearings at that time were squeaking me silly .....so might as well take the opp to upgrade or replace everything when the tranny was dropped, it was close to go as well.... but there's so many variables.. to really give a range - it would have to be a wide range which will end up meaningless.
btw peeps - it has been a while since i had the time to check things out on the forum, is Jingers back driving a DC5?
