Go to westside mufflers.
They have a stainless steel 100cel/inch catalyst which have been dyno proven in one of their builds to only have a 1hp atw loss difference when put on compared to their straight pipe system without one.

Less power loss is a important issue, but I also concern the high flow cat can mitigant the CEL issue. Because I don't want to go for K-pro and cause a big hole on my wallet...

$20 angled defouler will fix CEL issue

and if that doesnt help on the occasion than take it to a honda mechanic and they can turn CEL off
