Actually i had these sitting next to my bed for a few months now. I ordered these before i went on my holiday back to hk + japan and pick them up and brought it back myself

I have also bought the spoon throttle body + engine torque damper and mugen engine mounts when i was in Japan, but those are already installed on the car.

Just wondering what else i necessary before installing these internal bits into the car?

        Such as:
bigger radiator? I've oil cooler at the moment, which runs fine on the track with current setup
        valve guides?
        valve retainers?
        aftermarket head gasket?
injectors? some say use stock, some say 410cc, some say 550cc?
        fuel pump?
        baffled oil pan?
        thermostat?
thermalswitch? some say kpro can contol that, so no need to change?

regarding injectors & fuel pump, this post helped me to understand more about my needs.
hopefully it will help you too.

btw, how much was the toda tensioner? hybrid racing made some very robust looking tensioner for abt $300

and going to track you must have baffled oil pan, it's imperative.

i shouldn't need baffled oil pan at the moment yet, correct? since i'm running street tyres for superlap.

              Such as:
bigger radiator? depends if you are overheating
valve guides? depends on whether yours are worn out
valve retainers? depends whether you want lighter ones
              aftermarket head gasket? probably not
injectors? depends whether yours are >90% maxed out
fuel pump? usually a good option
baffled oil pan? always a good option
thermostat? usually a good option, make sure the ECU is re-tuned to suit the thermostat and your tuner knows what temp it is
thermowitch? usually a good option, regardless of what the ECU can do

On the track, my water temp reaches 100c max. Would that be consider starting to overheat?

fuel pump? usually a good option
Walbro's one any good? because i see that's what JDMyard have been selling recently and the price aren't too expensive.

baffled oil pan? always a good option
The labour for installing the oil pan won't be cheaper then installing it with head stuff since it is separate area, right?

thermostat? usually a good option, make sure the ECU is re-tuned to suit the thermostat and your tuner knows what temp it is
what do you mean to return to suit the thermostat?

no. but 100 is pretty high.

i been using a walbro 255 for ages. supported 122kW easily

cheaper than a full rebuild due to a spun bearing

                  i said "re-tune" not return...
the lower thermostat resets the engine operating temperature, so to preserve fuel economy (and probably WOT power) you need to re-map the ECU, but this is usually fairly easy if the tuner did the previous tune...

On street tyres it should be fine. Keep the oil levels top up.

                        sorry typo.

i'll order a bigger radiator tonight since as you said 100c pretty high already and i don't want it to creep any higher after the internals are done

what else are must to buy? fuel pump important with the power i'm making or going to make
