You can't keep asking people to spoon feed you mate, there's a tyre size calculator linked on the first page: http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html and M@ttlew has linked it a few times too. To maintain the correct diameter on that wheel you'd want a 225/40R18 or 245/35R18 tyre. Clearance of the inside of the wheel to the suspension parts will be minimal with that wheel, but it should just fit. It all depends on how low you are. But i don't think you'll have too muh problem fitting those specs. Okay did a bit more research on tyres and trying to see how they look so i'm thinking 18 x 8.5 +44 and running on 225/40/18.
1 - How different will a +44 off set be to stock visually?
2 - Is the image below pretty much how my wheels will sit?

I don't want the rubber too thin (eg; looks like the rim is nearly hitting the road) but then I don't want it chunky/thick either - sleek & sporty I guess, sorry guys still learning - so far just going by what looks and sounds good
