I'd say Mugen.

Best Value would be Injen,
Best enclosed and safer one would be Mugen.
Best DIY would be stock Airbox, with KnN pod filter replacement and DIY removal or resonator and CAI piping to the box.

Best Intake (money no object): Mugen
Loudest induction noise: J's Racing Whale Penis
Best Bling: ARC Intake w/ ARC Induction Box (also one of the most expensive)
Great alternative: Stock box w/ K&N filter, remove resonator, add ducting.Comment

Friend got one landed for $490 AU. ( And this is with the poor currency, would of been cheaper before it dropped )
It prob won't give as much gains as the injen but it is a much more safer intake in terms of hydrolocking and it is similarly designed to the mugen but less than half the price.
