Not sure who you are asking Dr Tran, but both of my window's go up and down fine. I know it's window rail rubber as it's now sitting in my room waiting to be stuck on next week when I get time. Man the rattle of the window is annoying! I can't wait to get my car back to non-rattling anymore.

no, not electrical noise.. its just something knocking against the window whenever you go over bumps, and especially closing door with window down.. that sound make me wanna pull the window out

On the door theres a bolt that holds on the rail to keep your windows aligned that bold might be loose. If your looking behind the door panel there should be a bolt on the lower part of the door under the latch i'll see if i can find a picture

Well if this doesn't help then I don't know what will but the thing that you will probably have to adjust is the channel guides

Well in the mean time man... take off the interior door panel, and try check for the problem. If it's the drivers side door.. take off the panel, and look on the right of door where the rail is. If there is no rubber there, check the floor of your door. If there is rubber there, then that's your problem. Go get some good glue stuff (not sure which type), and stick the rubber in place... It can't be too hard. I'll put some pics up.

                              Window fixed... For now anyways...

Sorry didn't manage to get pictures, cos of the door goo shit geting everywhere. It's still stuck in my arm hair.
It's pretty straight forward, but it's hella fiddly.
