May be too late, but did a valve spring replacement about a month ago, in car.
Used this very nice B and H series specific valve spring installation system - details at
http://www.euroexportinc.com/product...ducts_id=44427
Took me most of a day as I was doing cams and camgears as well, and the timing belt, but I didn't have to remove the head from the motor, which was a big bonus.
$65 USD - postage I forget but it arrived in 5 days.

Mugen do have internals.....and Mugen N1 motor is available for sale.....which I can get my hand on it.....its 260 hp but its about 12000 plus labour....my next 4 years saving....lolMugen Whore #2

watch out for oil cavitation. the oil pump does not work well at that rpm range.
