    Rear Diffuser for DC2R

Ok so I have been looking around the place to see what is on offer in terms of rear diffusers for DC2R's

Im pretty sure we have all seen the photos of the Spoon S2000 diffuser mated up to the DC2R if you havent hear are some photos of it.

    Mated to an EK9

Ok so it is safe to establish that it can be done (my guess is with some alterations to mounting points on the car but not a big deal)

My next question is we have all seen the S2000 J's Racing / First Moulding Diffuser if not you have been living under a rock......
If the Spoon S2000 diffuser fits whats to say this one want either.....please discuss people because if its possible im definitely considering getting it

    DC5 Version

Your post does not actually contain a question .

What do you want people to say, that both diffusers will fit with modification? Because that is true obviously . Definitely worth trying out although I think the spoon looks better than the First Molding ones. It looks like the more generic shape of the Spoon one will make fitting easier.

Thought about something less extreme like the Crowhouse rear under panel?

Ok sorry ill be a bit more specific.
The spoon diffuser looks like it will fit easier
the first moulding seems to be a bit more shaped to the car body but still pretty similar.
As you can see the s2000 bumper slopes down at the sides which isnt a characteristic of the dc2r. Do you guys think the first moulding diffuser will fit just as well as the spoon s2000 diffuser.

Apparantly crowhouse is done and dusted (not producing anymore)
so ive heard anyone else know....and ive seen that one before mated to the crowhouse rear bar which i must admit doesnt look that bad but its very very expensive....even more than the spoon and first moulding stuff.

no need to point out the obvious lol...
obviously im gonna post up here first i dont think anybody would like to spend $1000+ and find out the mod doesnt fit.

So why not get the opinion of others....who knows maybe someone has tried already and might let us know....

Just while im here it seems like discussions on here are dying down a bit i thought maybe trying to start one might get ppl to start posting up some interesting topics again.

If the First Molding diffuser onto dc2 had been done you would find photos of it in a carpark in socal on Honda-tech for sure . The DC5 one looks like it could fit with a bit of work. Have you checked how much space you have underneath the back of your car and compared it to the dimensions of the First Molding diffusers:

That J's racing wing also looks quite nice on the teg with green wheels.

Are you hoping to get any function out of this piece or are you doing it purely for aesthetics? You might consider adding a splitter at the front and playing around with fairing some of your underbody. Dump your car so it is an inch off the ground too .
