What could be the problem? like you said cold weather?

sounds like a temperature issue, but might also be a good idea to change the fluid if it is old or been used on the track (i.e. over-heated)...

make sure the car isnt rollin backwards a bit alredy when u come to put into reverse. im sayin this cause u sed it only happens on your driveway and most driveways are inclined...

The car isnt rolling background, flat surface so if im on neutral, the car just stay still

The car haven't been tracked and the fluid has been changed by Hanny's 5000kms ago.

How often should you change your fluid?

Today when i drove my car, i put it into 1st gear first then went to reverse gear and it didn't crunch.

Mine sometimes crunches into reverse, never 1st-5th gear. I always warm my car up for at least 5 min before driving it, if my needle hasn't moved then my car doesn't.
