yes oem chasis brace can stay with spoon strut bar,

Yes it will clear. i used to have the spoon front strut bar fitted with gruppem intake, no problem with the clearance issues. You may want to put some cushion tape between the strut bar and gruppem box to avoid vibrations between them at high revs.
um......actually spoon or mugen, which one is better?
Mugen.
Its spot welded and doesn't have weak bolt points like the spoon one.
But it does cost a fair bit more.

i have the mugen one and had tried the spoon one too. I felt that the mugen is slightly stiffer. Personally prefer the spoon one although its slightly softer =p
