    For street use :-

    car :: DC2R
    suspension mods :: None
    tire size :: 205/45 x 16" on 16x7" rims
    tire brand :: Michelin Pilot Preceda
    tire pressure F/R :: 36F 39-40R Cold

    ... More rotation FTW!

    Some of you may note this is the reverse from Honda's recommendation of more pressure in the front (placard says 32F/30R or something?). I can't stand the feel of the car with more pressure in the front tyres. It feels so sloppy and slow, and doesn't rotate as quickly. Ideally I should just upgrade my rear swaybar but I can get a similar effect with pressures for the moment.

        top up with air anyway. there's already some in there from the start as it's impossible to get all of the air out before it is filled with nitrogen.

          hate nitro.. especially for track hahaha not adjustable enough.. can only take out but not in

          once you put normal air in there its pretty much useless..

            Not really - you still maintain a higher % of Nitrogen overall, since last time I checked, conventional air is about 78% Nitrogen. LOL

            Either way topping up with compressed air shouldn't make any major difference.

                i run it abit lower in the rear because i generally get more oversteer from the 25mm rear sway and 10kg spring rate in the rear

                            We put 36PSI in most of our customers cars
                            40PSI if super low profile i.e 235/35R19
                            32-34PSI if its a small car (jazz etc etc

                            if on track, lower the pressure by 4psi (COLD)
                            we run 34-36PSI HOT on street tyres when on track
                            or 30-32psi on semi's (hot), but u must check this after session

                            coilovers. damper settings doesn't make a difference

                            Weight vs Profile and HOT vsCOLD are thngs you should consider when looking at pressures

                            some of our cars run tyre pressure scensors to help us learn more about pressure when on track but its a expenive thing

                            having the correct pressures can save you a whole second around Winton in our 370z

                            Fireway if you want us to recommend a pressure for your car
                            give me tyre size and car

                            hope this info helps
