oil temp/pressure sensor into TRUST oil plate

    Hi guys.
got a problem.. the sensor is 1/8mpt (imperial BS) and sesnor holes on plate are a metric and very very big..

Ive already been to autobarn, supercheap, earls and pirtek looking for a convertor and it seems no one sells them..

Is there a way to do this using the sandwich plates?

    thanks,
    dan

the senders/sensors are 1/8 which is the general size for everyone from autometer to depricol...

I have seen trust to have this size on there adaptor plate.. But my oil cooler adaptor plate seems to only have larger metric holes

You need to get a thread adapter from HKS / Greddy. The one I am using right now is the following

          Thanks for that...
          There is hope...

however i tried sizing everything up yeaterday.. there isnt enough room to run the sanwich plate as well as sensor...
are u also using you oem oil/coolant cooler..

There seems like there isnt enough room... running the lines upwars hits the coolant hoses, running it down and i cant change my oil filter, running it diagonally up and the sensor ports are blocks by the oil pressure sesnor..

I don't know, my mechanic has somehow made it fit.

i ran the same setup in the EG, theres enough room. I was running stock cooler too

DC2 should have even more room. Don't know about DC5 tho

I did not realise they now sell HKS stuff at Repco, $12.50 is a fucking bargain.
