Im sure that you'll find instructions for that in one of the integra service manuals, but to get you on your way;

All relevant screws on the top of the radiator support
Nuts on the flap-like tabs on the sides
Screws in the bumper, accessible from the wheel archs
Screws underneath the front bar that are holding up the under plastic guard
Screws on the end of the front lip (these are attached to the splash guards)

Thats all from the top of my head.. Isn't a hard job.. Will take around 15mins..

it is a "PDF"

portable document format.

you rarely need to print more than a few pages at one time... (except in the case of gearbox reuild, which needs about 30 pages...)

Which section were you interested in particularly? Nearly everything of significance is the same or close enough for the 02-04 manual to help out with 05-06 .

I am going to go ahead and bump this back up and quote myself. I found a source for the 05-06 Helms manual and thought it might interest some people.
