My car oversteers and is tail happy after installing coilovers... Help!

The wheel alignment settings are as neutral as possible... neutral as in close to 0... I have the printout
I will look at changing tyres later, but for the meantime I have adjusted damper settings to softest in the rear. Haven't had a chance to "test" it yet but so far it seems alright.
It's not too fun to drive when it slides way too much like that and being worried about buckling my wheels coz I hit the gutter, or worse, hitting another car or pedestrian coz the car loses control... No good!
