The inserts will do the job but the driver side mount will still be stock.
I didn't use after market mounts with my extractor for a long time and never had issues with them cracking or my mounts breaking. Then again I never did burn outs or drop the clutch.
Your header should be okay if you don't want to upgrade. Just dont abuse the car.
