      yep k20 all the way.

AND if you have a 6 speed, watch some videos and get a 6th gear from a TSX (might be the same in a euro?).

Crusing at 100kmph is about 2000RPM not 3000; and if you're on the street, in 6th, and NOT cruising, then you're speeding like a mofo.

^ Whats your reasons for a JDM K20 over a K series frank?

I think he means K20 box all the way. The amount of coin ITR boxes fetches might as well upgrade to Gear-X gear set :P

TSX/EURO 6th is a great mod for HWY driving with a k20/k24 or k24 straight

oh alright then. My mate has a K24a3 eg with k24 box. He doesnt like it cause the ratios are too long. He took it to eastern creek. and by the end of the 1/4 his only in 5th. When i ran I was well into 6th gear with a k20 box. For racing etc its shadowed by the k20. Great box for hwy driving though as mentioned.

Yeah, k20 box, k24engine, as much as possible. No matter which one it is, on the street, within speed limits, its going to perform better.

k24 box though wont fit directly into a DC5 or anything AFAIK, but the internals will.

pfft - let us know when you crack 200...

serious - do you think 200kW ATW is possible with K series NA?

Surely 200KW atw is possible if they are getting numbers like 187KW from a stock engine.

Ah, now it makes more sense. Probably with an aggressive tune on E85 and good bolt ons?
