From the data I posted the motor was hot at 89-91 degrees oil temp.
Don't know the exact water temp but where it normal
    Should be.
Yes, mines mounted at the sandwich plate, not mechanical, hence why I said digital. I didn't get mechanical due to certain small law enforcement factors.

130psi? i highly doubt it unless your running really thick oil.

^^ Hmm will have to take a video then.. Your probably right that it's 130psi but i'll take a video.

          20-30% throttle, at 100km/h (3000rpm), oil pressure is at approx 600 kpa/ 87psi

or the oil pressure relief valve is not working?

the K20A is certainly not designed to have such high oil pressure...

sounds PERFECT, but you say the 0 psi was during LH cornering only?

if ya wanna keep tracking, you need more modifications...

Video Clip to show playback of approx 33 seconds of oil pressure at around 87PSi

It seems the only time I have low oil pressure (below 30PSI) is when I reach RPM levels of approximately 7000 or higher.

As said in my initial post, next mod will 100% be a baffle. What about changing viscosity of oil too. Any reccomendations to hold a higher oil pressure?

                all the time,

                or just when cornering?

Gotta pay more attention next time I'm at wakefield. but if i redline 1st gear.. at redline, oil pressure is deifnatly low. This is done in a stright line. So at this moment, I'd say yes; all the time.

Have you checked oil levels? @ 7000rpm and oil pressure dropping that is bad, vtec will disengage as well.

Im putting my money on a faulty defi sensor.

see point 2 in post #7 above

                      then try 1st gear launch...

can you post the recording logs?

or stop going to redline until you can prove the gauge is faulty, as by all rights - your engine should have blown up by now...

                              ahah nice reply Tink.

On a serious note, next service, will have Top One recheck the installation of the Defi unit. If there arent any issues with this, is it worth getting my engine tested? How and what methods should be ussed to find the cause of low oil pressure at redline?
