    Thinking about doing the mods my self.. Looks quite straight forward.. The installing that is.. Used to do some fabrecating as a mechanical sparky.. Any ways il just have to look into quality parts.

    Also i always assumed if you leave a honda as a high compression motor youd want to run low boost.. Meaning small turbo so it spools faster, so more power through rev range??

          Boost has nothing to do with spool.

          Spool is determined by engine size (see volumetric efficiency) and turbo size (as explained).

          High compression motors are given low boost pressures because they are already using large amounts of air >> see below

            I think that lower boost pressures in higher compression motors is more to do with avoiding stratospheric cylinder pressures and resulting temperatures which will result in knock. If the boost pressure and compression ratio is too high then no amount of richening the mixture or retarding the timing will stop it knocking.

              Was at work and couldn't research the adverse affects of explained. More a case of leaning out beyond control of AFR's. I knew it was detrimental but didn't have all the information on hand my N/A knowledge isn't as polished as my knowledge of boost
