You'd know if it's engine mounts if it thumps really hard and loud when you go hard.

doesn't really thump really hard when i go hard, but sometimes when i brake it has the sound =\ im a noob at cars and dunno if there would be something wrong with my engine mounts, mayb i should take it down to someone or somewhere to check it out =\ and when in idle or cruising, my car shakes alot, i think it is my engine mounts =[

Changing engine mounts are pretty easy with the right tools.. Need spanner set and ratchet set. And jack to support engine when mounts off.. Do 1 mount at a time!!

                And wd40 for stuben bolts

check them first if they have split, if its split, they most likely from engine mounts.
