He posted on OzHonda stating there is nothing wrong with the car, but one member did a security register to find it had been flood damaged. He now claims the car has been sold after we discovered the truth..but it is still on carsales and that was over a month ago.

also guys, when it comes to the flood register, its state wide only, not national, so cars registered, damaged and repaired in qld won't show up on the nsw flood register database and vice versa, just another thing to keep in mind when checking out a used car

This annoys me no end.

Unfortunately most of those cars would have been repairable write-offs so legally they are fine to be re-registered.

As the saying goes "Buyer Beware".

I have an absolutely immaculate 2001 DC2 Type R for sale if anyone wants one with clean history, no accidents, and owned by three pedantic enthusiats.
