does any1 know where I can find this car alarm (not online)? better if its in sydney as easier to fix if something goes wrong etc...according to the manufacturer the closest dealer is in SG which doesnt help

It's not Australian standards for insurance purposes. So it won't count if that's what your looking for.

Get a mongoose M80 and have it installed properly, not by some hack in a car audio shop.

from what i was told remote start isnt available in Aus for reasons stated by kaveman... i picked up a GREAT alarm system from JAY CAR 3 point imobiliser and wasnt too expensive either "SteelMate" brand... but yes definately get someone good to install it.
